Welcome to Modex.

You may notice that we have changed the way we look. We are still the same ‘clarks modular buildings’ … inside but have freshened our look to more accurately reflect us as a business.

Our enthusiasiam comes from our knowledge of the Modular Building industry. We provide the best solutions with confidence and clarity. Our intelligence is never smug or superior; being a family business it is inclusive, and all encompassing. We are enthusiastic about doing a good job, and this comes through in all areas  of communication in our business. We are excited and passionate about the possibilities of the modular space, and what we can be achieved together.

Excellent design is a vital ingredient of our continuous innovation within the modular industry. We value design and start every project with identifying, exploring and ultimately understanding the needs of the user or audience in question to create unique spaces that fit the needs of our customers. Established, PH CLARK (TIERS CROSS) LTD, Waterloo Industrial Estate, Pembroke Dock

1988

New Depot at Freshmoor Road, Cardiff trading as CLARKS CABINHIRE - Hire & Sale of Jackleg Cabins

1997

Opened New Depot in Cross-Keys for Hire & Sale of Modular Buildings trading as BLUEBOX

2004

Merged CLARKS CABINHIRE & BLUEBOX at the Cardiff Depot to solely supply Modular Buildings t/a CLARKS PORTABLE ACCOMMODATION

2004

trading name changed to CLARKS MODULAR BUILDINGS

2015

Registered Company Name changed to CLARKS MODULAR BUILDINGS LTD

Ellis John

Managing Director

Following the MBO Ellis joined us in 2017, his vast knowledge of the Construction Industry is a real asset to the company. He oversees all projects no matter how big or small and ensures they are all on track with our Construction Team.

Elissa Thomas

Director

Elissa became our Director in 2017, she has worked in the industry for over 30 years and now oversees all projects and ensures the office runs smoothly and effectively.

Mark Collier

Sales manager

Mark handles all sales & hire enquiries. He has over 20 years experience in the Modular Building industry ensures he has the best knowledge to capture all your needs in our Modular Buildings.

Kevin Jones

Operations manager

Kevin has worked for us for over 35 years. He keeps every project on track and makes sure progress is going in the right direction to the highest standard.

Jon Pelosi

Customer care manager

Jon joined us in 2018, he ensures that all of our customers are happy with their product, and organises any aftercare that is required.

Jan Draby

Account Supervisor

Jan looks after the numbers and will make sure the figures are all adding up.

Rebecca Thomas

Marketing & Design Manager

Rebecca overseas all our marketing and helps promote our corporate image. Keeping all social media and our website up to date her creative expertise ensures our new modern look is portrayed throughout.

Barbara O’Reilly

Administrator

Barbara will ensure that the project is stress free for all clients, no matter how big or small the job is.

David Zerk

Yard Supervisor

David makes sure that the construction areas are all going to plan and everything is on track.

Construction Team

Our dedicated and professional construction team are a mix of professional tradesmen and builders. With experience in electrical installation, heating & plumbing, carpentry and building - we have all the experience to build your building without outsourcing additional for skillsets.
