Vinci Construction have been awarded one of the UK’s largest energy efficient developments at the University of the West of England in Bristol.
Student Accommodation Project is a scheme with 900-bedspaces over 26,000m2 of space in a mix of studios including four, six and eight bed clusters.
Our Sales Manager worked closely with Vinci Construction to design a 60 Module Modular Building over 3 Floors in which houses all their site requirements.
The Ground Floor consists of a large open plan drying room and w/c facilities. The First Floor consists of a large open plan Canteen with Kitchen and an Induction Room. The Second Floor has a large open plan office area, with a separate PM Office, Meeting Room, Store Rooms & W/C Facilities.
